As our Product & Tech Business Partner you will work with a talented team of product designers, functional programming developers and product & engineering leaders to develop a new and better Candidate and Employee Experience.
A typical day at the job_
Partner closely with Product & Engineering areas to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned
Partner with leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
Use various techniques, skills and experience to discover, identify and attract the best talent in technical and behavioural baseline
Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical or business skills as well as culture fit with Linte environment
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating each professional in T-Shaped method, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates
Onboarding & Mentoring all new hires
Create a self-development atmosphere and connect everyone to
the common focus and expectations alignment
