our customer support is responsible for being the frontline of our customer experience as soon as the customer’s onboarding is over. the main role is focused on making sure that our customer’s interaction throughout any troubleshooting, from a simple question to a significant bug, be the greatest possible experience. this position also entails a direct participation in our support strategy, with the structuring of best practices regarding response language and software use.
